Albert Marais was born in Bellville and matriculated at DF Malan High School. He completed his BA and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney in 1984. His fields of practice include conveyancing and family law matters at our Kuils River branch.
Graduating with a BA (Law) at the University of Stellenbosch in 1989 and with a LLB two years later, Johannes Grobbelaar has been practising as a litigation attorney for more than 18 years in Magistrate and High Court matters, specialising in Civil and Commercial Law.
Graduating with a BA (Law) in 1996 and an LLB in 1998, both of which at the University of Stellenbosch, Preiss Brink became a candidate attorney at Fourie Basson and Veldtman in 1999 and a member of the Cape Law Society as an admitted attorney in 2001.
Philip was admitted as an attorney in 2009 and has right of appearance in the High Court. He specialises in civil litigation in the Magistrate and High Court with experience in collection matters, evictions, liquidations, road transport law and fishing rights.
