Tobie De Wet
Reaching admission as an attorney in 1981, following graduation of his B.comm and LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch, Tobie De Wet went on to become a partner of Marais Muller in 1984. He has developed a profound expertise in litigation, specialising in the commercial and insolvency arenas.
Esje De Wet
Esje grew up in Cape Town and matriculated at Jan Van Riebeeck High School. She obtained a BMus. degree at the University of Cape Town and a LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch. She was admitted as an attorney during 1997 and as a conveyancer during 1999. She specialises in conveyancing and collections and also manages a collections call centre.
Merlinn James Titus
Merlinn James Titus graduated from the Stellenbosch University with a BCom LLB degree. He commenced his articles with Marais Muller Hendricks (Kuils River) during 2011 and was admitted as an attorney in 2013 and a conveyancer in 2014. In September 2015 Merlinn moved from the Kuils River office to the Tygervalley office where he expanded his practice from commercial contracts, road transport matters, general litigation & conveyancing to include foreclosures and National Credit Act matters. Merlinn was appointed as a director of the firm in March 2016.
Robert Stewart obtained a LLB degree and an Advanced Diploma in Labour law at the University of Johannesburg. He was admitted as an attorney in 2010. He specialises in legal collections and further manages a collections call centre.
